How do I get my US shipping address?
Register for free. You'll get a mailbox number and a US address in Sunrise, Florida. At checkout, enter your name followed by your mailbox number on the name line, for example Jane Brown GET10023, then the street address exactly as shown in your account. The mailbox number is how we know the parcel is yours.
How often do you ship, and how long does it take?
Parcels leave our Florida warehouse up to five times a week, and most are ready at your branch within 1 to 3 days of being received there. Shipments from China leave once a week. Customs and flight schedules can add time; when they do, your account shows exactly where your parcel is.
How much will my shipping cost?
Freight is by weight, rounded up to the next pound, plus a small processing fee by weight band. The full rate card is above, and the estimator gives you a figure before you buy. Your published invoice is the final amount and it's shown in your account before you collect.
Do I need to upload my invoice?
Yes. Jamaica Customs requires proof of what you paid for the item. Upload the merchant's receipt or order confirmation in your account as soon as you order; parcels without an invoice are held until one is provided. You can also pre-alert a parcel with its tracking number so we match it the moment it arrives.
Are Customs duties included in the shipping price?
No. Where Jamaica Customs assesses duty on an item, that amount is added to your invoice before your parcel is released, and you'll see it itemised in your account. Many low-value personal items are not assessed; it depends on the item and its value.
How will I know when my parcel arrives?
You'll get an email, and a WhatsApp message if you've opted in, when your parcel is received in the US, when it arrives in Jamaica, and when it's ready at your branch. The “ready” message is the one with your cost breakdown.
Can I have it delivered instead of collecting?
Yes. Once a parcel is ready you can request delivery from your account. We currently deliver across Kingston and St. Thomas. Kingston: free; St. Thomas: Port Morant to Morant Bay J$450, Rest of St. Thomas J$700. The fee for your address is shown before you confirm, and Pro and Elite members have a member delivery rate.
My tracking says delivered but it’s not in my account. What now?
Usually the mailbox number was missing or wrong on the label. Contact us with the carrier tracking number and your mailbox number; we check the warehouse's unidentified parcels and claim it for you. The last digits of the tracking number are the proof the warehouse asks for.
What can’t I ship?
